A Premium foal designation and as a three year old awarded the Verbands Premium title

At our GOV Mare Performance test and inspection on September 10, 2011, Lhemon was awarded the Verband Premium title. She completed the Mare Performance Test, placing 7th overall with a score of 7.18 (8 for free jumping, 7.5 free trot and rideability from the test rider)

2008 foal inspection report: Named Premium Foal. What a beauty! This is a super filly with a leaner body type than her easy-keeping mom. Wanda was born broke, and hopefully this filly is too. She is a super mover and is sweet as can be. Pardon the muddy body in the inspection photos. It had POURED rain in the morning, and with 16 foals to present, there wae no time to bathe her.Foaling report: Wanda foaled right after I had finished with Reynah and her foal. I had just headed back to get some sleep when she laid down. Again this year, Wanda was a drama queen about passing her placenta- groaning and rolling. I had to stand over her foal to keep it out of her way. Once the placenta passed, Wanda remembered that she had a foal and became a good mom to it. Lhemon is a beauty. I have to say that this is a year of beautiful heads on all of the foals so far.

We are sad to announce the death of this sweet mare. We found her dead out in the pasture without a mark on her, blood streaming from her nose and mouth. We suspect a brain or head aneurism. What a loss for Rolling Stone Farm!

2-25-13 My original intention with Lhemon was to put her in the broodmare band after the Mare Performance Test. Perhaps due to an immature reproductive system, she didn't get in foal in 2012. I have too many broodmares, folks, and I still have Lhemon's dam, EM Rhwanda in production. My loss is your gain. She is like her mother- born broke. Look how super she is being ridden for the 7th time.
