Fhrance really wanted to get this foal out! She was in labor all night, tripping the foal alert so many times that I just stayed in her stall, sitting on an overturned bucket. Toni is a beauty- when he learns how to follow mom, he will go outside in the field with the other moms and babies. His first adventure was being turned out with mom in the indoor, where Fhrance jumped over some poles on the ground in the free jumping chute, with Toni following right behind.

SOLD! congratulations to Nancy and Greg Stanton, and Jerilynne Marx!

8/2/2010 Hi Mo, I wanted to forward this picture of Toni that a friend of mine took at his first show. He did better than we expected. He's not spooky but was a little bit unsure at times. In our first class he heard a noise that scared him and we didn't canter on the left even after circling twice. We did get the right. The judge was laughing at the end and said what a nice baby but don't look at the score, it was a 51%. After that he figured out what we wanted and in his second test in front of Maryal Barnet we had a 70%. He got a 8 on gaits. His third ride in front of Fran Dearing, he was a little tired and cranky and only had a 65%, again a 8 on gaits. He doesn't carry himself like a 3 year old. I've never ridden a horse so balanced before. I know I said that about Ghlen and Rhavel but he's different. The man I work with Carel Eijkenaar, said he's the kind of horse that the Germans would not sell. He thinks we should try for the young horse championships next year. We'll see. Here is a video taken at the show: 8-2007 See the new photos taken at the GOV inspection at our farm. At our GOV inspection in July 2007, Rhigatoni was awarded a premium. He is spectacular!

A client of mine taped him and is going to try to get it in youtube. Here it is:

4-2008 Hi Mo, I hope everything is going well. We started to put Toni out. He looks great. He is getting so big! He has such a sweet temperment. I think we are going to have to geld him this summer. He has never done baby mouth to any horse and he is starting to mark poop. He does think he is pretty cool.
