"Squirt" is a chestnut colt with four half stockings. Worth the wait after 388 gestation!! Expressive face and movement. 

Congratulations to Sara Schmitt of Glen Gardner, NJ! Sara is an FEI rider and will be raising Squirt as a dressage prospect. Whirlpool's sire, Widmark is the USDF 2003 Horse of the Year for First Level. He was also the winner for the AHS in the All Breed Awards for First Level.

At Dressage at Devon, 2009, Whirlpool competed in the FEI 6 year old class, ridden by Melissa Jackson where he was second with the incredible score of 80.2% on Thursday. This was the third highest score for all of the FEI classes that day! On Friday, he won the class with a score of 74%.

Whirlpool ends the year 2008 as USDF Horse of the Year second place in First Level with a score of 76.316%! He is also second place USDF Horse of the Year for First Level Musical Freestyle. This very high ranking places them first in the American Hanoverian Society All Breeds Award for the USDF in both First Level and First Level MFS. His career is really taking off. Sara reports that he is offering flying changes and she expects to move up one or two levels in 2009. 6/2008: Dressage at Lamplight May 17-18: Whirlpool wins his FEI 5 year old Preliminary test with a 74.8 and also wins the FEI 5 year old Final test with a great score of 78.6%- the highest score of all of the finals tests for all age groups. VADA-NOVA Spring Dressage Show at Morven Park, Leesburg, VA 4/12-13/2008: First Level, test 4, 1st place 76.316%- high score of the entire show! Second Level, test 2, 1st place 75.135%- second highest score of the entire show! FEI Young Horse Test of Choice- two 2nd places with an 8.32 and a 7.96Fall 2007-Whirlpool and Sara did a super job in the USEF 4 year old tests at Dressage at Devon 2007! In the open class, they placed 8th with a 67.8%. The next day, they placed second with a 79%. Hi Mo, just wanted to tell you that I took Whirlpool to his first show and althought it was a schooling show he was as great as great could be and got a 81% I am amazed by this horses temperament. I have never dealt with such a young horse before. I think he is going to spoil me. I am going to show him a few more times and take him to devon and turn him back out for the winter. Sara
