Help! I need help with thinking up names for 2009 foals!

The new naming theme is The Old West. This idea came from Jenn Pass, my former riding student and proud owner of Whuthering Heights (from the literature themed year). She has sent me a list of name ideas to start things off, but I need everyone's help!!! The list has started.
