Our first foals have started arriving, and despite a very cold spring, we are getting geared up to collect stallions and breed our mares. I always say it is like Christmas in spring- we finally get to see what gifts our mares have given us after looking at the wrapping and bows for 11 months. We gelded 9 colts from 2017- I am no longer raising colts as stallion prospects. Riding horses are continuing to sell well. We have such a nice group of high quality youngsters and a few trained ones and of course, we continue to make new friends through our horse business.
This is the 23rd year of naming foals with a theme. This year's theme is Cars and Automobiles. Our first naming themed year was 1996.
