April 2013: Shcrabble is a super mover and he is a sweetie, too! We love the way he lifts himself off the ground in the first steps- a real dressage prospect for an amateur or professional!


Shcrabble is a wonderful mover, and he has a very friendly personality. He has a very good walk and shows much elasticity, especially in the canter. It was very interesting to compare Shcrabble with Sharades. Both were by Sir James and out of mother-daughter dams. (Does that make them 3/4 siblings????) Both were Premium Foals!

Sheurat is a super mover with a very sweet temperament. He is correct with longer legs than his dam and he is super from behind- obtained from Sir James' influence in this successful genetic pairing.

April 2013: Shki Doo is a super mover with a friendly, in-your-pocket disposition. He will make a great dressage or perhaps hunter prospect for someone looking for a friend to love.
Fall 2012: Shki-Doo was unable to be presented at our GOV inspection since he was still on stall rest from a minor surgery. He has made a full recovery since then. This colt is a pretty boy who will not be as tall as Sir James has matured to (17.1 hands). Wanda has tempered the height a bit. This may well be the best foal of the year if you are looking for a hunter prospect. His dam's sire and grandsire were both known for good juming ability, and Shki-Doo looks to have the type of movement desired for the hunter ring. Hunter is not my thing, but I have bred and sold 5 winners of the Young Hunter Under Saddle at Devon.

Shlapjack is a clone of Sir James and will be much taller than Rita's other foals have been. He has a free shoulder and long strides with those long legs. His dam sire is the famous Lancet, Olympic Grand Prix dressage horse ridden by Emma Hindle for Great Britain. There is dressage performance blood on both sides of this amazing colt.

Foal inspection report: Shuez was not very motivated to show off at the inspection. She was our youngest filly, and we had to bring her and Fhlora out of the hot paddock, since we give our stalls to our guests. She moved quite well in the round pen, so be sure to watch the whole video.

Jennifer reports that this filly is as sweet and pretty as can be. Wilma (mom Wolkenzauber) was a little worried since she is blind, but she settled right down as soon as Jennifer put the halter on the foal with the bell on so Wilma knows where she is. Jennifer likes Starburst so much, she will breed her back to Jimmy.
