Named a champion foal on any continent and described as being as good as any foal seen anywhere by Dr. Schade

She is by Royal Prince and is out of EM Whispre, the dam of Ghlycerine. This is the best foal I have ever produced in 25 years of breeding. She has it all- confidence, typiness, conformation and unbelievable movement in all of her gaits. Now I just need to bubble wrap her until she grows up!

Royal Prince achieved great success in 2004 with only four competitions in his calendar year. He made his official debut at the Morven Park Spring Show, where he won the FEI Young Horse 5-year old test with an overall score of 8.5. He raised the bar for himself at his next competition, the East Coast Selection Trials for the FEI World Championships for Young Horses. At this competition held over Memorial Day weekend, Royal Prince won a warm-up round with a 9.2, then wow’ed the selection committee in the Finals to earn an overall score of 9.82. Rumors ran around the country about this big score, but in FEI-O judge Linda Zang’s words, “This is one of the loveliest horses I’ve seen in my life, ever.” The judges scored Royal Prince’s performance as follows: trot 9.8, walk 10, canter 9.6, submissiveness 9.8, overall impression 9.9. With such strong support from the judges, Royal Prince and his rider Susanne Owen Hassler set off for Europe with hope and confidence. The 2004 FEI World Championships for Young Horses were held in Verden, Germany during the weekend of July 9-11. In the preliminary round of competition, Royal Prince demonstrated his keen focus and commitment. He produced a quality performance that earned 5th place among the world’s top stallions and riders! With an overall score of 8.92, Royal Prince and Susanne were secured a place in the highly competitive Finals, held on Sunday. Their performance in front of thousands in the packed Verden stadium made a bit of American history, that memorable rainy Sunday in July, when Royal Prince produced a strong performance once again, earning an overall score of 8.84 and a final standing of 4th place in the World!
