Stallion Foal Lists

Tributes

Hopefully this will be the least updated page on our entire site, but we wanted to have a place to honor the memories of some special RSF horses lost recently. We miss them all very much, and send condolences to their owners for those who had moved on to new homes.

EM Wolkenzauber "Wilma"
1995 Hanoverian Mare
sire
 Wolkenstein II
dam
 SPS Pyriet (Pinkus)
Her sire, Wolkenstein II is already proving himself as a fabulous sire of performance horses. He has an absolutely impeccable pedigree. His sire is the incomparable Weltmeyer, 1998 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, and considered by many to be the Hanoverian Sire of the Century. He comes from a foundation mother line. His grandmother was a full sister to Garibaldi I and Garibaldi II (sire of Gifted). Wolkenstein II's performance record is exceptional. He was Reserve Champion at the 1992 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, German Champion Three-Year-Old Riding Horse in 1993, and Champion of the 1993 Stallion Performance Test.
SOLD! Congratulations to Jennifer Mutchler of VA!

Ghulliver's Travels
2004 Hanoverian Gelding
sire
 Gold Luck
dam
 Whichita (Waltzertraum/Adlerblick/Einglas/Jonkeer xx)
Ghulliver was humanely destroyed after symptoms of Wobblers increased. The best they can determine, the injury was a result of a trailering accident where he was thrown forward and had hit the window in the front of the trailer. We are so sad to hear this about such a special horse. Our condolences to his owner, Bob and to his trainer, Jennifer.
SOLD! Congratulations to Robert Askew

Lhicorice
2007 Hanoverian Colt
sire
 Loerke
dam
 Whichcraft Wallstreet Kid/ Gold Luck
This baby was just not right from the beginning. His birth was normal, but he was very slow to stand and nurse, and was lethargic. He had a suck and could stand, and did nurse, so I ruled out Dummy foal symdrome. He diodn't have a fever. But my gut instinct said he was just not right. He died after 24 hours with out peeing or pooping. Perhaps something was wrong internally... He crashed fast, and didn't seem to suffer. Poor baby. Whichcraft took it well. She never really bonded with him. She was super maiden mom, though, and did everything she could to make it easy for this weak foal to nurse.

Unfortunately, Lhollipop was humanely destroyed after a severe hock infection and a colitis from the strong antibiotics she was given.

"Rocky" is a 16.1 hand bay gelding with a blaze (beautiful head!) and 4 white socks. Looks to have a HUGE stride. Very handsome. Full siblings have shown promise under saddle and have had much success in the breed shows. A Rolling Stone Farm homebred, he is by Gold Luck out of Elite Mare Whitney Q.
SOLD! Congratulations to Jocelyn Mitchell of New Tripoli, PA!
