American Hanoverian Society inspection at Rolling Stone Farm Aug 4, 2009

It was a very large inspection. Judges were Judy Hedreen and Mary Giddens .
Three mares did the Mare Performance Test. Winner with an 8.22 (9 & 8 for jumping, 9 for rideability) was Lhayla, 3 y.o. by Loerke out of Rhococo (Renaissance/Adlerblick), owned by Kelly Ebert and bred by me!  With an inspection score of 7.0, she is a new EMC. She is already winning in the hunter ring. Interestingly, she is a full sister to last year's MPT winner, our own EMC Lhibrarian.
Faranheit (Walldorf- EM Schoenheit/Sugunas xx), a 6 year old mare owned and bred by Wendy Kaplan was Champion mare for the inspection with a 7.33. She just missed the required 7.0 on her MPT by 6/10 point to be EMC, but Wendy was sure proud of her girl!
There were 5 other Hanoverian mares for inspection:

The champion non- hanoverian mare with a 7.0 was Knock Out (17 y.o.) KWPN Rolls Royce- Andromeda/ Condus (Trak.) owned by Kate Hilborn. She was accepted into the MSB.

There were 21 high quality foals. Two top colts were named, but the judges stated they could have easily picked out four or five. The first was a March colt by Dacaprio/ EMC (now EM) Wiktoria HHF - Wolkentanz, owned and bred by Christine Kropf. The second colt was a March colt by Rousseau out of EMC (now EM) Rheporter- Royal Prince, owned and bred by Mo Swanson. The other colts were sired by Dauphin, Loerke, Rapture R, Lagoheider (2), Black Tie and Fabuleux.

The top filly was an April filly by Quaterback out of EMC (now EM) Fhashion Model- Florencio, owned and bred by Mo Swanson. Other fillies were sired by Landkoenig, Welcome S (2) Black Tie, Special Memories, Landfriese II, Escudo II, Balou du Rouet, Dacaprio, Wamberto and Fuerst Romancier. It was an amazing group of fillies with high quality conformation and movement.
